Modernize your Z32's fuel system with the BDE Performance Top Feed Fuel Rail kit!  Converting to top feed fuel rails offers a variety of performance advantages and possibilities that were (until recently) not an option for the Z32.  This kit does away with the often problematic OEM-style Z32 side-feed injector setup and allows the use of much more technologically advanced top feed fuel injectors.  BDE Performance's top feed fuel rail kit is precisely machined from billet aluminum stock and anodized in a beautiful black finish.  O-ringed inlet and outlet fittings on each fuel rail are guaranteed to offer many years of leak-free and headache-free performance.

Stock Injector Depth vs. Bolt-On
Stock Injector Depth - Keeps the height of the fuel injector inside the intake manifold at the exact same position as the OEM injector.  Requires removal of the lower intake manifold and machining to fit fuel injectors, the cost of machining is included in the purchase price of the kit.  There is a core exchange offered for the lower intake manifold.  If you choose "sending my lower intake manifold core in first" in the options list, you will not be charged a core fee, however you will be responsible for the cost of shipping your core to us.  If you choose "I don't have a core lower manifold", you will be charged an extra core fee on your kit ($100), however you are not required to send in a core lower intake manifold.

Upper Plenum Modification
All BDE Performance Top Feed Fuel Rail kits require the modification of the upper intake plenum, regardless of whether you choose the Stock Injector Depth or Bolt-On version.  Some may elect to modify the upper plenum on their own, however for a hassle-free install, a pre-modified upper plenum is available for purchase ($50 modification fee) if you select the "Yes please, but I'm sending my upper plenum core in first" option (you will not be charged a core fee, however you will be responsible for the cost of shipping your core to us).  If you choose "I don't have a core upper plenum" you will be charged a $150 core fee in addition to the $50 modification fee ($200 total), however you are not required to send in a core upper plenum.

Balance Tube Modification
All BDE Performance Top Feed Fuel Rail kits require modification of the balance tube, regardless of whether you choose the Stock Injector Depth or Bolt-On version, in order to clear the BDE fuel rails.  Some may elect to modify the balance tube on their own, however the modifications which need to be made to the balance tube are extensive.  For a hassle-free install, a pre-modified balance tube is available for purchase ($125 modification fee) if you select the "Yes please, but I'm sending my balance tube core in first" option (you will not be charged a core fee, however you will be responsible for the cost of shipping your core to us).  If you choose "I don't have a core balance tube", you will be charged a $100 core fee in addition to the $125 modification fee ($225 total), however you are not required to send in a core balance tube.

Throttle Cable Bracket Modification
All BDE Performance Top Feed Fuel Rail kits require modification of the throttle cable bracket, regardless of whether you choose the Stock Injector Depth or Bolt-On version, in order to clear the BDE fuel rails.  Some may elect to modify the throttle cable bracket on their own, however for a hassle-free install, a pre-modified throttle cable bracket is available for purchase ($25 modification fee).   If you select the "Yes please, but I'm sending my throttle cable bracket core in first" option, you will not be charged a core fee, however you will be responsible for the cost of shipping your core to us.  If you choose "I don't have a throttle cable bracket core", you will be charged a $20 core fee in addition to the $25 modification fee ($45 total), however you are not required to send in a core throttle cable bracket.

ARP Bolt Kit
BDE Performance has put together an ARP dress-up bolt kit to be used with this fuel rail kit.  It is NOT essential to use the ARP bolts, as the factory bolts will suffice, however the polished ARP bolt kit really enhances the look of the fuel rail kit once installed.

Fuel Injector Options
Today's newer high-impedance fuel injectors from FIC use tighter manufacturing tolerances and lighter weight internals, which results in blisteringly fast injector response times (in many cases, these are nearly 66% faster than their older counterparts).  FIC fuel injectors are 100% brand new (never "remanufactured" or "reground").  Each injector set is precision-matched right from FIC, which ensures the absolute lowest variation between fuel injectors in a set.  Each set of FIC injectors also includes a detailed injector data sheet with flow rates and dead times for each individual injector that arrives in your kit, making injector setup and tuning that much easier.  All BDE fuel rail kits sold through M's will only have the option of FIC injector sets as we've found FIC works best.
**NOTE FOR N/A APPLICATIONS: We recommend no larger than the FIC 365cc injectors.**
