GNP's lightweight crank pulley is CAD designed, CNC'd milled from T6061 billet aluminum, dynamically balanced to ensure smooth, reliable performance, and finally hard-anodized to protect from the elements and give it a great look!
This is not an under-drive pulley, it will not effect the electrical system of your car. You can use the stock Subaru belts.
Designed with hobbyists in mind, GNP has specifically engineered this pulley to work with the same tool that you would use to hold or pull the stock crankshaft pulley.
When you are installing this pulley, like all pulleys, you have to hold on to it to torque it down. With the bolts, screw the tool to the pulley and torque away. Why not make it easy? For owners of 2008+ Subarus using stretch-belts, GNP's light weight pulley works with the gates stretch belt tool, making service a breeze.
